MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS
+ Where can I purchase a monthly parking permit?
You can apply online to purchase a monthly parking permit here.
+ How much notice is required to cancel my monthly parking subscription?
To cancel your monthly parking permit, you are required to provide 1 full calendar month notice to Precise ParkLink. Notice given at any time during a month will be effective as of the last day of the following month. To provide your notice:

+ What do I do if I have lost my monthly parking pass?
If you lose your monthly parking permit, a replacement fee to obtain a new pass is required. To obtain a replacement email us at commerceplace@preciseparklink.ca
TECHNICAL ISSUES
+ The machine won’t accept my credit card. How do I pay for parking?
Please insert a different card of use an alternative payment method, including coins, mobile wallet, or Parkedin mobile app.
+ How do I report an issue?
If you would like to report an issue, please select the Press for Assistance button on the pay station or exit/entry terminals.
